Customer reviews
“Hand down the best. I had been getting quotes from a plethora of companies that fell short. Either the carrier cancelled or other companies couldn’t find anyone. I called and spoke to Maik and explained what had taken place. As soon as I got off the phone I was matched with a carrier and the dispatcher name and information. The process was smooth and hassle free. I would definitely recommend them 100 times over. I found my forever carrier.”
“The man running the operation Maik was very communicative throughout the whole process and even when problems outside his control arose did his best to fix the situation and the delivery was made on time with the product exactly as how it left the warehouse. Maik has excellent communication and troubleshooting skills. Will work again with him for future deliveries.”
“Wonderful service from start to finish. Will be using Maik again!”
Transit times depend on distance. As a rough guide: 1–3 days for short hauls (under 500 miles), 3–5 days for mid-distance, and 5–9 days coast to coast. Carriers typically cover 500–600 miles per day. We give you a real ETA when we assign your carrier — not a guess.
Yes. Every carrier we dispatch is FMCSA-licensed and carries active cargo insurance that covers your vehicle in transit. Coverage amounts typically range from $100,000 to $250,000. We can share the carrier’s insurance certificate before pickup.
Price depends on distance, vehicle size, transport type (open vs enclosed), and current carrier availability. Submit the quick form above and we’ll give you an honest, all-in price — no bait-and-switch.
Open transport is the industry standard: your vehicle ships on a multi-car open trailer. It’s faster to schedule and more affordable. Enclosed transport uses a covered trailer that shields your vehicle from weather and debris — the right choice for classics, exotics, and luxury vehicles.
You or someone you authorize (18+) needs to be present at both pickup and delivery to sign the Bill of Lading and inspect the vehicle. We’ll coordinate timing with you and the driver directly.
Personal items are technically not covered under transport insurance, but most carriers allow up to 100 lbs of items in the trunk. We’ll let you know your specific carrier’s policy before pickup.
The Bill of Lading (BOL) is the official transport document that serves as a receipt for your vehicle, a condition report at pickup and delivery, and the carrier’s record of the shipment. Both you and the driver sign it at each end of the trip.
Remove loose personal items, keep fuel at about ¼ tank, disable any aftermarket alarms, and give the vehicle a quick wash so existing damage is easy to document. Take dated photos before the carrier arrives. No household goods, valuables, firearms, or alcohol in the vehicle.
No. Never. Your information stays with us. We don’t sell leads, share your data with third-party companies, or spam you with calls. When you request a quote from Trivium United, you’re dealing directly with us from start to finish.
Yes. Just let us know when requesting your quote. Non-running vehicles require specialized equipment (like a winch) for loading and may need adjusted pricing, but we handle them regularly.
We handle palletized and crated goods, commercial and industrial freight, machinery and equipment, construction materials, containers, and specialty or oversized loads. Contact us for a freight quote.
