Terms of Service

Last updated: September 28, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of triviumunited.net and the transportation brokerage services of Trivium United LLC("we," "us," or "our"). By requesting a quote, booking a shipment, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are — Licensed Broker

Trivium United LLC is a federally licensed transportation broker (USDOT #3600228, Broker MC-1222605), not a motor carrier. We arrange the transport of vehicles and freight through independent, FMCSA-licensed and insured motor carriers. The physical transport of your vehicle or freight is performed by the assigned carrier under its own operating authority and insurance.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are estimates based on the route, vehicle or freight details, timing, and current market conditions you provide. Your final price is confirmed when a carrier is assigned. Inaccurate or incomplete shipment details (for example, an inoperable vehicle described as running, added cargo, or oversize modifications) may change the price or delay assignment.

3. Payments & Deposits

Payment terms, including any deposit, are stated with your booking confirmation. The remaining balance is typically paid at delivery (cash on delivery to the carrier) or as otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards, ACH, and certified checks.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel a booking by phone or email. Cancellation terms, including whether a deposit is refundable, depend on whether a carrier has already been assigned to your shipment and are stated in your booking confirmation. Contact us as early as possible — before carrier assignment, cancellations can normally be accommodated without charge.

5. Pickup, Delivery & Delays

Pickup and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Transport schedules can be affected by weather, traffic, mechanical issues, and other conditions outside our or the carrier's control. We keep you informed and work with the carrier to resolve delays, but we are not liable for consequential costs caused by schedule changes unless agreed in writing.

6. Carrier Insurance & Claims

Every carrier we dispatch must hold active FMCSA operating authority and cargo insurance; we verify certificates of insurance before dispatch and can share the assigned carrier's certificate on request. Claims for loss or damage in transit are made against the assigned carrier'scargo insurance, subject to that policy's terms. Note any damage on the bill of lading at delivery and notify us promptly — we will assist you through the carrier's claims process.

7. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate shipment details and a reachable phone number.
  • Remove or disclose personal items; carriers' cargo insurance generally does not cover personal belongings left in a vehicle.
  • Make the vehicle or freight available at the agreed windows, or arrange an authorized representative.
  • Inspect the vehicle or freight at delivery and record any issues on the bill of lading before signing.

8. Communications Consent

By submitting a quote or contact form, you consent to receive calls, text messages, and emails from us (including automated messages) about your quote and shipment at the contact details you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time. Message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information — we never sell it.

9. Limitation of Liability

As a broker, our responsibility is arranging transportation with licensed, insured carriers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from our brokerage services is limited to the fees you paid to us for the shipment at issue. Nothing in these Terms limits the assigned carrier's liability under federal law or its cargo insurance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal transportation law. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
