Yes. Many snowbirds fly and have a neighbor, family member, doorman, or property manager hand the keys to the carrier. Anyone you authorize can release or receive the vehicle — we coordinate directly with them.
Yes — most of our snowbird customers ship with us both ways. Same dispatcher, both directions; we'll reach out before the spring rush so your northbound trip is booked ahead of the April–May peak.
Light personal items (up to about 100 lbs in the trunk) are generally tolerated by carriers, but they aren't covered by the carrier's cargo insurance and heavy loads can change the price. Tell us what you plan to pack and we'll set it up correctly.
